RoboEarth – an internet, Wikipedia specifically for robots

Brian Christian “sat” in 2009 the Turing Test (administered at the Loebner Prize competition) as a human. The Turing Test tests a machine’s ability to act (or think) like a human and all the contestants, be it human or machine are then ranked. Brian Christian was awarded the “Most Human Human”.
